BBQ, Bubbles + Bid Homecoming Fundraiser

JOIN US at this momentous time in the Platform of Hope's history -- amidst the fifth year of our five-year pilot and meeting our initial goal of serving 100 families over 5 years PLUS the upcoming completion of a new "Phase II strategic plan to guide us into the next 5!  Our "Homecoming" fundraiser in our new, permanent home in the beautifully renovated Festival Center-- including the POH office, the "Sylvia Stokes Suite," named for our founding staff member-- pays tribute to the last five years of our work while looking ahead to the future.

Our fundraiser will include:

• Rooftop Reception Happy Hour 5:30-6:30 

• BBQ Buffet with mouth-watering catering by our neighbor FEDERALIST PIG* plus Open Bar     *Vegetarian and vegan BBQ options included!

• Remarks + Reveal of "Phase II" Strategic Plan by our Advisory Board

• Presentation by POH kids + Piñata

• Dessert... and dance party!

Suggested attire: summer chic! (Whatever that means to you/ whatever you don't mind spilling some BBQ on!)

In addition, our ONLINE AUCTION will be LIVE for bidding Monday, June 26 through Thursday, June 29th with items from local businesses, restaurants and organizations. Bid on theater tickets, gift cards, concert tickets, classes, experiences and more, with all proceeds going to support the Platform of Hope’s on-going work. 

*Registration for the auction is FREE for all– with suggested $25 donation for those not attending the June 28th event.
